Most political processes begin with positions already chosen and two sides organized to defeat one another. Mission Possible begins one step earlier: with an outcome people want to achieve together.
Citizens then examine options, weigh tradeoffs and build informed consensus around action. The goal is not agreement on everything. It is a better, repeatable way to make decisions together.
